Our return policy allows returns within 30 days on unused, new, and unopened items.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any original payment processor fees may be deducted from the refund.
  • Damaged or defective deliveries must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Certain manufacturer-restricted items may not be returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

We will work with you and the manufacturer to arrange replacement parts, a replacement unit, or another appropriate solution based on the situation.

If the damage is found to be caused by the carrier, the carrier will be responsible for resolving it at no cost to you.
