Volts and Watts guarantees the lowest online price on all products we carry.
If you find a lower price on the same product priced over $2,000, we will match it. To be eligible, you must provide proof of the lower offer (such as a screenshot, invoice, link, or email).
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match or partial refund:

Purchase the item from our website.

Email us at support@voltsandwatts.com with:

A link to the product on our site

A link or proof of the lower price on the competitor’s website

Requests must be submitted after the order has been placed.
If approved, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Price Match Limitations
To keep this policy fair and consistent, the following rules apply:

Item must be purchased from Volts and Watts before requesting the price match.

We cannot reimburse price differences 30 days after the product has been delivered.

Competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the brand/product.

Competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.

Rebates, coupons, or promo codes

Buy-one-get-one deals

Auction or discount sites (e.g., eBay, Overstock, etc.)

Flash sales or limited time events

Black Friday / Cyber Monday or other peak-season promotions

Price comparison is based on product price + shipping cost, excluding sales tax.
