Backordered units: Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days.
Backordered items typically ship within 6–12 business days. If there is any delay beyond that, we will notify you and give you the option to wait or receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

If you notice visible damage, take photos and report it within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
