Return Policy
As an authorized dealer for E-Z Storage, we proudly uphold their return policy.
Here are the key details of the return policy:
- Products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. This includes having all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information, and packaging materials intact.
- Customers who wish to request a return should contact our team via email at support@mygaragesupplies.com.
- Upon approval of the return authorization, we will provide the customer with the necessary shipping instructions and return address.
- Refunds will be issued to the original credit card and will equal the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs to the original delivery location and a 10% restocking fee.
- Return shipments must be paid by the customer and sent to the designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance.
- Customers are advised to select a reliable freight carrier that provides a tracking number, shipping insurance, and proper packaging. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- All returns will undergo inspection by the warehouse staff to determine if they meet the stated criteria. Refunds will not be issued if there are missing parts, packaging, or if the product cannot be resold as new.
- Unauthorized returns or returns made without prior approval will be returned to the customer with freight collect charges.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, it's important to contact customer service as soon as possible to determine whether the product has already shipped. If the product has shipped, it may be returned according to the Return Policy, which involves shipping costs to and from the delivery location and applicable re-stocking fees. If the order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund.

This email signifies that your order has been received in our system, and we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Simultaneously, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item's availability for immediate shipment. If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. However, if your selected item(s) are readily available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed to process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

For in-stock items, once we process the charges to your credit card, your order will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. You can expect tracking information to be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If, for any reason, you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please feel free to follow up with us at sales@mygaragesupplies.com.
